This policy applies to Morelink, the trading name of NINGBO MORELINK SUPPLY-CHAIN MANAGEMENT CO., LTD (宁波茂联供应链管理有限公司), Unified Social Credit Code [pending], registered address [pending] (“we”, “us”). We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). 2. What we collect

Contact details (name, company, email, phone), customs broker licence number if provided, shipment details you give us (ports, cargo, volumes, dates), and technical data such as IP address and browser type. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

3. How we collect it

Through our quote, contact and tracking forms, by email, phone or messaging apps, and through cookies or analytics tools (see section 8).

4. Why we use it (APP 6)

To prepare quotes, book space, provide shipment updates, respond to enquiries, administer referral or first-order offers, meet legal obligations, and improve our services. We will not use your clients’ information to contact or solicit them.

5. Disclosure

We may disclose information to carriers, booking agents, consolidators, customs and port service providers as needed to perform a booking, to our IT and email providers, and where required by law.

6. Cross-border disclosure (APP 8)

We are based in China. Personal information you submit will be transferred to, stored and processed in the People’s Republic of China and may also be held by service providers in [other countries – to be confirmed]. 7. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use Koko Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted on our own server, to count page views. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses or personal data, and shares nothing with third parties.

9. Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or make a complaint, by contacting info@morelink.online. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
